Lynne Courtney Tupper Lynne is a graduate of Rice University, and hold a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Lynne also holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University. Along with her work at HARC, Lynne serves as Clinical Director of the Occupational Therapy Center in Houston. Lynne is certified in the administration and interpretation of Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests and is a board certified pediatric occupational therapist. |

Pete Hogue, Vice Chairman - Pete has a Bachelor of Science in Mathmatics, and a Master of Computer Science degree from Purdue University. Pete served in Viet Nam as an United States Army Captain before going to work in the Information Technology Division of Shell Oil. Pete now servers as a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers (VIC), is a member of the local Water Board and the Civic Association.

Barbara Fogt, Secretary - Barbara has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Houston, and taught in Texas and Florida for 22 years. As a volunteer, Barbara has been an active member of the Parent Teacher Organization, Harris Country Heritage Society, and the Jr. and Sr. Girl Scouts.
Judy Farley - Judy currently serves as the Director of Children's Ministries at Gethsemane UMC. Judy attended Sam Houston University, majoring in Music and minoring in Elementary Education. She is a member of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association, the Texas Music Educators Association, and the Kindermusik Educators Association.
Grady Light -
W.E. Murrell, Board Chairman - W.E. spent 41years in oil industry, plus 7 years in exploration and gas industry prior to retirement. He is a decorated combat 1st Lieutenant, Army Air Corps, World War II. W.E. volunteers as a Sunday School teacher at Gethsemane UMC, where he is a charter member. In his free time, W.E. likes to garden, create stained glass lamps and travel.
Bill Newcomb - Dr. Newcomb is Senior Pastor of Gethsemane UMC. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Theology.
Colleene Sarles - Colleene worked for 25 years with Dow Chemical, and also spent time working with NASA, Connally Air Force Base and the Veterans Administration. Colleene now volunteers with various different organizaitons, is a published poet, and is a proud member of the Red Hat Society.
